And it's a mermaid-style dress.

As usual, Giuliana Rancic is the first one dressed for the Emmys. The red carpet hostess is wearing a strapless red mermaid gown by Gustavo Cadile. It isn't the first time Giuliana Rancic tried to look like a mermaid:
