Uniqlo will open new stores in Seattle, Denver, and Northern Virginia as part of its US expansion. According to reports, a 13,000-square-foot store will open at Seattle's Bellevue Collection this fall and a 10,000-square-foot store will open in Virginia at Tysons Corner Center. In spring 2016, a 22,000-square-foot Uniqlo store will open at The Denver Pavilions.
"We’re setting up our expansion throughout the country," Uniqlo USA CEO Larry Meyer said. Uniqlo is already prepping a 60,000-square-foot Chicago flagship on Michigan Avenue set to open in the fall, a Boston flagship at Faneuil Hall set to open this summer, and two stores are slated to open in Toronto in 2016. Uniqlo currently has 39 stores open across the US.
