Unless you’ve spent the last week under a pop cultural rock, you’ve probably noticed that #Hiddleswift — that is, the romantic union of Taylor Swift and British actor Tom Hiddleston — has been trending nonstop. You also might’ve spotted photos of the new couple frolicking around Taylor’s original hometown of Nashville, Tom’s original hometown of Suffolk, England, and romance’s original hometown of Rome.
And while Taylor’s outfits during the first two legs of the Hiddleswift World Tour were certainly on point (and, notably, marked a return to the pop star’s signature feminine, polished style), it was during her two-day stay in the Italian city that her wardrobe really shined.
Throughout her trip, Taylor stuck to the same sunny, pastel-toned color palette throughout, which meant she could mix and match all the pieces in her suitcase however she pleased. She also smartly chose comfy-looking block heels — no platform stilettos here! — and breezy, airy silhouettes that could stand up to Rome’s current 90-degree heat. Scroll down to see and shop each of her looks (hunky British beau sadly not included).
