Swedish-owned American heritage label Gant will open its third American standalone store—its first outside of Manhattan—in New Haven, Connecticut, this November. The 2,400 square foot space will be the home of the resurrected Yale Co-op label, which Gant originally produced in the 1960s, reports WWD.
The shop will be situated in a historic Gothic building, next door to the J. Press store. The interiors will "resemble a college library," writes WWD, "with bookcases, large wooden display tables, club chairs, and table lamps."
