Actress Rachel Weisz has been named the face of L'Oreal and will be appearing in ads and commercials beginning this November—but don't look for her image gracing billboards in the United States. Her contract with the cosmetics giant excludes America. L'Oreal in the USA will continue to be fronted by other celebs—including Diane Kruger, Aishwarya Rai, Patrick Dempsey, Gong Li, Andie MacDowell and Beyoncé.
