In case you're stuck at work missing your favorite soaps, boy has The Cut got a story for you.Elle's fashion news director Anne Slowey recently gave birth to her first baby, and the child was fathered by her husband, Rodger Fairey, but the couple are not together, and Fairey's now-girlfriend called The Cut up to set things straight. "'Rodger was with Anne—they had a marriage of convenience.' She said that Fairey and Slowey had tried to have kids years ago through IVF, but it never worked out. DeBaise says Slowey 'needed donor sperm and he agreed to help her.'" [The Cut]
