Swedish retailer H&M has signed a lease on a 24,000 square foot space in Dallas' NorthPark Center and will open shop in late 2011. Finally, there'll be a reason for the fast-fashion company to endlessly air its chock-full-o'-supermodels commercials in the Lone Star State. While H&M and the mall have not publicized whereabouts the flagship will be situated, the Dallas Morning News speculates that the store will take the place of Robb & Stucky, a bi-level furniture store that closed this January.
