All-American sportswear guru Tommy Hilfiger is taking his message across the pond—and into the hallowed halls of academia. The designer and fashion mogul will address the Oxford Union today—where fashion personalities including Roberto Cavalli, Anna Wintour, and Emanuel Ungaro have spoken before. WWD reports: "Hilfiger said he planned to talk to the students about “25 years of Tommy Hilfiger, how we developed the brand, how it’s evolved and how we continue to celebrate it.” He said he planned to work an “American Ivy League” look for the occasion."
