Welcome to Working It, where Racked takes street style to the next level—the office. The litmus test of a true fashionista is how she (or he) rocks her style on any old day to work. Forget the pedestrian khakis and a button downs—these fashionable professionals take the office dress code to a whole other dimension. Quick, somebody call HR!

This week's stop: Blue&Cream, the go-to multi-label fashion boutique with locations in the Hamptons and on the Bowery as well as a popular online shop . A favorite designer destination of Cameron Diaz, Kate Hudson, Leighton Meester, and Barry Diller, the store stocks coveted labels including Rag & Bone, Elizabeth and James, and Rogan. What do the fashionable women of Blue & Cream wear to the office everyday? Here's the scoop.

Lindsay Kleet, Director of Online Retailing: "My favorite thing this fall is probably fur—and I'm really big on leopard. I'm all about layering, especially right now. I love skinny jeans and leggings with oversized shirts. I'm six months along, I'm having a girl—a little fashionista. I've always been into oversized stuff, I've still be able to wear a lot of my clothes, so my style hasn't really changed too, too much other than now I'm wearing maternity jeans and lots of leggings."

Lindsay is wearing a Wayne silver metallic jacket, $695; a Preen "Edge" vest, $150; Splendid leggings, $65, available in store; and the Rag & Bone "Newbury" boot, $495.

Felicity Sargent, Online Editorial Director: "My style is really eclectic—all over the place. I love fur and florals for fall—I love all the warm and neutral tones, tans, browns, beiges. I always layer—on an average day, I probably wear about five layers."

Felicity is wearing a LaRok "Rock my World" vest, $425, available in store; a Meadham Kirchhoff top with pintucks, $895; Genetic Denim "Shane Cigarette" jeans in Admiral, $210; and Rag & Bone's Kilburn moto boots, $715.

Samantha Greenes, Women's Buyer: "This season I bought a military jacket and a fur vest. I'm liking everything convertible. I bought printed Aztec and ethnic leggings and sweaters. I would say my style is a little bit Boho chic, mix-and-match—I mix a lot of different colors and prints."

Samantha is wearing Retro Superfuture "People" sunglasses, $170; a jacket from Rag & Bone; an R13 top, $165—"They're great—they're a newer label and the designer's a secret. No one knows who it is. Apparently it's a really famous designer, but because he's locked into some other contract, he can't reveal his identity."—and Acne leggings, available in store. Her shoes are previous season Charlotte Ronson.
