Welcome to Working It, where Racked takes street style to the next level—the office. The litmus test of a true fashionista is how she (or he) rocks her style on any old day to work. Forget the pedestrian khakis and a button downs—these fashionable professionals take the office dress code to a whole other dimension. Quick, somebody call HR!
This week's stop: The corporate HQ of Roxy, the women's lifestyle brand known for its top-notch surf and snowboarding gear. We were in for a special treat as champion snowboarder, Olympic gold medalist and Roxy brand ambassador Torah Bright dropped by the office for a visit with the Roxy girls to show off their in-the-office and on-the-slopes styles. The amazing athlete was happy to model looks from her Torah Bright for Roxy collection while making a photocopy or two.

Torah Bright, Snowboarder, Olympic Gold Medalist, Roxy Brand Ambassador: "I just love looking at what everybody is wearing—on the streets and on the mountains. I like to feel feminine, so that’s my main thing: Taking any inspiration and making it feminine. My boarding outfit is part of the Roxy Torah Bright collection which I helped design. The collection takes street style to the slopes."
For the office, Torah is wearing Roxy jet lag jeggings, $49.50 and Detroit ankle boots, $59. The rest of the outfit is all Roxy for Spring 2011, not yet available in stores. She is also carrying a Spring 2011 Roxy faux leather and canvas satchel.
For the slopes, Torah gives us a sneak peek at her own Fall/Winter 2011 designs for Roxy.
Giovanna Galeotafiore, Public Relations Manager: "My style inspiration for clothing is really casual and has that Roxy sporty, athletic feel. But it’s a little bit influenced by living in the city because all these girls are California girls. I like a little bit of rock 'n roll—maybe a little moto-cross jacket feel, but still with the casualness of a sweatshirt, a jacket or sweater and then pair it with some skinny jeggings and combat boots."
For the office, Gia is wearing all Roxy: Hit the Road jacket, $64.50, skinny love jeans, $49.50 and a shining star tank, $16.50.
For the slopes, Gia is wearing the Torah Bright concord snow jacket, $130 and the rest is Roxy Torah Bright 2011/2012 gear.
Iris Yen, Director of Entertainment Marketing and Public Relations: "My style inspiration is built from surf culture. Surfers are made out of a really global and nomadic group, so they get their inspirations from all over the world, whether that’s from Indonesia, Tahiti, Australia or Japan. So it’s really cool to find the little pieces that you like in different places and put them together as one. As for the mountain inspiration, I’m always looking for something that keeps me really warm. You know that’s so important on the mountain, but I also want something that’s really feminine."
For the office, Iris is wearing all Roxy: Hong Kongy jacket, $79.50, In Town dress, on sale for $27.65 from $39.50, and Truckee boots, $89.
For the slopes, Iris is wearing the Torah Bright snow jacket, $270 and Torah Bright Spring 2011 pants.
