The USDOJ has seized and shuttered 82 websites for selling counterfeit luxury goods, reports WWD. "The sites sold merchandise that included counterfeit Louis Vuitton and Coach handbags and fake Rolex watches at a fraction of the price of the real articles." Sites seized include RealTimberland.com and LouisVuittonOutlet.com. Other counterfeit brand sites closed by the USDOJ include fake sites for Uggs, Nike, Burberry, Oakley, and Tag Heuer. [WWD]
