Those people at Time magazine, man, are they jaded. They've named Lady Gaga's MTV VMA meat dress this year's #1 fashion statement.

Exploding bra? Flamed out. Dress made of bubbles? Please. Using your hair as a bow? Not again. But a dress made of meat — with shoes, hat and purse to match — well, that's fresh.
Other top-10 fashion moment contenders include M.I.A.'s burqa, Venus Williams's lingerie tennis get-up, Rita Wilson's last-year's-Prada look, and Heidi Klum's f-you to Michael Kors and Nina Garcia when she wore Mondo Guerra's polka-dot dress on the red carpet.
