Pajama Jeans: For People Who Can't Be Bothered to Change, Ever

New, 3 comments

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Here's one for post-holiday lazing around the house: Meet Pajama Jeans. Yup. They're exactly what they appear to be—pajama pants that look like jeans. Touted as pants that look "too good to keep hidden under the covers," Pajama Jeans are made of a cotton-Spandex blend that's comfy enough to sleep in, but are sportswear-y enough that you can "look put together all day long," says the website.

We don't know about you, but we've always dreamed of the day where we could schlep to work/class/the mall in our PJs. On the other hand, is this just another product that should make us stop and pause to rethink the direction in which society's heading? Really, how lazy have we gotten that changing out of pajamas has become some sort of insufferable ordeal? Good idea or bad, let's put it to a poll.
