Chico's, home to all things shantung and sheen-y, and favorite of frequent Royal Caribbean cruisers, is now home to fashion-forward chunky necklaces! Most hover between $40 and $50, meaning we'll pick up two or three necklaces to lie about at our million holiday parties.
