Who will be the first celeb to rock this crazy clothing concoction? (See the full semi-NSFW picture after the jump). Lady Gaga, perhaps? These shocking "penis pants"?as they've been dubbed?walked the Isabel Mastache runway during Madrid Fashion Week and believe it or not, they were one of the least outlandish items. The designer is known for her colorful, avant-garde taste, looks which seem to validate the fashion critics who sneer and say things like "that's fashion? Who would wear that?"

And of course, you've got to watch it move on the runway...
