No more underwires, droopy-boobs! Breform is a polyester bra that can be implanted inside the breast. After the cone-shaped fixture is attached under the skin to the layer of fat that lies on top of the breast tissue, most patients are able to go bra-less. "Once it is fitted, over time the mesh gets incorporated into the breast, as the body produces a fibrous tissue that holds the structure in place - like a permanent bra under the skin," said Dalvi Humzah, a plastic surgeon at the Court House Clinic in London.
