San Francisco, fashion mecca? That's what Joseph Domingo's hoping for. The SF-based Domingo recently launched "Snow," an all-white fashion show featuring six designers—the beginnings of the San Francisco Bay Area Fashion Network (SFBA), which plans on holding quarterly fashion events to promote local talent. "There needs to be some kind of infrastructure, some kind of support for designers here. There's so much talent and no way for them to get off the ground," Domingo says. [SFGate]
