The Syms x Filene's Basement mash-up forges ahead, with the companies opening a new joint store in Norwood, MA, this Thursday. The first co-branded Syms x Filene's opened in Fairfield, CT, last year. We've shopped and found deals at both Filene's and Syms, so the idea of these two superstores combining forces is super-exciting. “It made perfect sense to combine the strengths of both stores to offer customers the best shopping experience,’’ Syms chief executive Marcy Syms said in a statement.
