New York Fashion Week might encompass hundreds of shows, dozens of venues, and employ thousands of models, but that doesn't mean it's inclusive—enter Full Figured Fashion Week. This series of fashion shows takes place June 16 to 19 in New York City and is geared to showcase clothing that fits the over 40 million American women who wear sizes 14 and up—women who spend over $25 billion annually on clothing. Currently, the event is casting for plus-size models—no experience required! Last year, the event was hosted by actress and musician Kim Coles and participating designers included Ashley Stewart, Agape Goddess, and Jewel Shannon Designs. [Racked Inbox]
