Victoria's Secret, Bloomingdale's, the Gap, and other major national chain stores are selling returned, used panties, as if they're new, the Today Show found in an undercover investigation. At Victoria's Secret, the clerk accepted the used, returned thong and reshelved it immediately—the same at Bloomingdale's and The Gap. Macy's and Nordstrom also retagged and restocked customer's underpants. But buyer beware: It's not actually illegal to sell used underwear (!). [CocoPerez, MSNBC]
