Flash mobbing—especially teen-tween-kids flash mobbing—might be on the brink of becoming illegal in Philadelphia, but in San Francisco, they're still going strong. We've never seen so many (1) kids flash mobbing and (2) so many people hip-hop dancing in skinny jeans.
