Follow @RackedNY on Twitter, Get First Dibs on Chanel Trash

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

This is one of the best things we've ever seen. Our sister site, Racked NY, stumbled upon seven pristine Chanel tables, left on the curb for trash last night. They immediately tweeted about it. So, if you followed @rackedny on Twitter, you would've known about it, jumped in your nearest pick-up truck, and booked it up to 57th St. At least, that's what we would've done (if we had a pick-up truck, that is).

So follow them, and, while you're at it, follow @Racked too, for the latest breaking national news and abandoned Chanel store fixture alerts, in the NYC metro area and beyond.
