It's the hairdo of the moment—from this week's Karl Lagerfeld fall-winter 2010 show in Paris to Mena Suvari rocking (a messy one) on the red carpet at the Women in Film pre-Oscar party, and the ever-classic high hair of one of our favorite fashion editors, Diane Pernet—these days, it's all about the beehive.
Mind you, ever since we were little girls, we've wanted to build beehives on our heads. But we never seemed to have enough hair to do it without assistance. Lucky for us, there are tools for us follicularly challenged—we're partial to the hair donut, that's so easy to use, all you have to do is snap it around your head and build upwards from there. We're also excited about Goody's new line of Simple Styles products (launching in stores this month), that we got to take home and try recently—these retro-looking styling pins and combs come with one-two-three-step instruction cards for creating easy messy buns, floofy chignons, and perky cheerleader ponytails. We're planning on teasing the heck out of our hair one day soon and stacking it up with some Goody pins. Like they say in the FLDS, the higher the hair, the closer you are to heaven! Or something like that.
