Launching next January: Jil Sander Navy, a new, lower-priced sporty-aesthetic-driven diffusion label intended to reach a broader clientele. Comprising outerwear—trench coats, blouson jackets—jersey separates, knitwear, T-shirts, tops, dresses, pants, skirts, jackets, and denim, Navy will be priced approximately 40% below the Raf Simons-designed (inset) collection line—with shirts starting around $320, $1,007 to $2,550 for jackets, and up to nearly $4,000 for a coat. Currently, plans are for Navy to be sold at Jil Sander boutiques and the company's e-commerce store. [WWD]
