Warwick Mall Still Underwater

Remember that Macy's at Warwick Mall that was three feet underwater, last time we checked? Well, it's been more than two weeks, and Warwick Mall is still not open. WPRI in Rhode Island reports that some of the stores around Warwick Mall have opened—like the Ross-Simons across the street, but there's still a lot of work to be done before the mall itself gets back to normal. To be honest, it's hard to imagine that something like this can still happen—and go on, unfixed, for so long— in this day and age. Thoughts? [WPRI]
