Since Friends bowed off our small screens, Jennifer Aniston's become the posterchild for all-American wholesome living. Her tousled hair, golden skin, and laid-back attitude to fashion has landed her on the covers of countless magazines and in the starring roles in dozens of major motion pictures.
Now, the actress has parlayed some of this California-chic into Lolavie, her first signature fragrance, which is set to debut in UK department store Harrods this June.
“The first perfumes I ever wore were Miss Dior and Anais Anais,” she told WWD. “My mother wore Calèche and my grandmother used a body splash that came in a big yellow jug that she kept by the bathtub. Those were very strong scents. Now I am not a big perfume-y fragrance fan.”
Aniston describes Lolavie as a "sexy and clean," and "floral, but not too flowery" scent. She let her favorite place, the beach, play inspiration.
“I want people to go, ‘What is that? You smell great!’ But most of all I wanted it to smell natural,” she said.
Currently, the prices are set in UK Sterling—at £30 for a 50ml bottle and £40 for 85ml.
