Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Neiman Marcus is taking its Last Call outlet store concept mainstream—this month, an 11,000 square foot Neiman Marcus Last Call opened in Dallas, outside an outlet center. Though it shares a moniker with the company's signature outlet store, this will change in the near future, as Neiman's expands the discount retailing concept beyond Texas. The new stores will feature labels including Michael Kors, Badgley Mischka, and Diane von Furstenberg, all priced between $45 and $300. There are also plans for an accompanying discount website.
