Kate Moss and photographer Mario Testino are collaborating on a Taschen limited-edition book called—wait for it—"Kate Moss by Mario Testino." Riveting title, but we'll go with it. The book will have a run of 1,500 copies and will retail for—wait for it again—around $470. [WWD]
