Even pouring rain couldn't bring this celebration to a halt—cocktails and laughs filled the room for the Parsons 2010 Annual Fashion Benefit, held at the beautiful Pier 60 to honor the industry's top names.

All the honorees were Parsons graduates, including Vera Wang—wearing a look from her fall-winter collection—the lively Patricia Field, designer Jason Wu, as well as Vivienne Tam and William K. Fung. The fellow alumni mingled with each other, and the only drama was in the student designed pieces.

Yes, Vera better watch out because these students are talented—as demonstrated in creations ranging from accessories to extravagant gowns. —Trevor Swain
