The John Lewis Commercial That's Pulling at Britain's Heartstrings

Do you ever cry over commercials? We do. Laaaame, we know, but we're suckers for sentimental advertising. Hallmark commercials used to make us weep (check out our all-time Hallmark tearjerker favorite, after the jump).

In the UK, everyone's talking about the new John Lewis department store commercial, which cost the company over $9 million to film. The Daily Mail says the commercial's got Brits "sobbing into their breakfast bowls."
