Kelly Osbourne and St. Tropez? Talk about unlikely bedfellows. Kelly's not exactly the most Tan-Tastic celeb in Hollywood, right? She even calls herself "The Palest Girl in England." And why not—after all, her father, Ozzy Osbourne, is the Prince of Darkness.
