For the 10th Anniversary cover of her wildly successful magazine, O, The Oprah Magazine, Oprah Winfrey wore a custom gown created by Isaac Mizrahi. Photographer Ruven Afanador shot Winfrey in the Mizrahi gown, a Bochic bracelet, and a de Grisogono ring—alongside a cake by master cakester Ron Ben Israel. “I wanted Oprah’s look to radiate celebration,” says O creative director Adam Glassman. We hear the whole crew blasted Lady Gaga through the entire photoshoot!
To celebrate the May issue and the anniversary, Winfrey will be hosting a walk in New York City on Sunday, May 9—fans can sign up to walk with her as she leads a nearly-two mile walk to raise money for 10 charities. The top 10 fundraisers will walk alongside Oprah!
