A few weeks ago, a 68-year old man was arrested for "punching kids in the back of the head at Walmart while their parents weren't looking." He's recently pled guilty and faces a fine of $150 and five years' probation. At the point of arrest, the man told authorities he did it for "the thrill." [Consumerist]
