Don't Expect a Glamorous Formal Wedding on The Bachelorette: Ali Fedotowsky Wants to Get Married in Converse

The newest season of The Bachelorette premiered last night and leading lady Ali Fedotowsky is already making her way through the 25 bachelors flown in to woo her from all over North America.

Fedotowsky's a reformed romantic—The Bachelor die-hards will know that she ditched filming halfway through last season after being offered her dream job, a move she called the biggest mistake of her life. Newly starry-eyed, she's quit her career and given up her apartment to look for love full-time (on TV—don't try this at home, kids).

So it may come a surprise that, despite putting all her eggs in one basket, Fedotowsky hasn't a clue what sort of dress she'll wear on her wedding day. All she knows is that she wants to wear Converse. Yup, you read that right. Converse canvas sneakers.

"I have never in my life thought about what my wedding would be like," she said. "I don't like to be all glammed up. I want my hair to be really natural and I plan on wearing Converse under my wedding dress."
