Hermes Sale in Chicago? Housewares and Glass Vases, More?

An eagle-eyed Racked tipster in the Windy City wrote in to let us know there's a sale happening in the old Hermes boutique right now:

I just walked by the Hermes store in Chicago (the old one) and they had something in their window that said "Extraordinary Windy City Sale May 25-28." I guess tonight is their private preview. I could see inside that they had tables set up with glasses of champagne, but the door was locked and they wouldn't let me in (maybe I'm not fancy enough). In any case, I bet they're ready to move into their new space and having a sale to get rid of the stuff they don't want to move down the street. The only goods that I could see that were on sale were housewares—a bunch of glass vases (fingerbowls, maybe).

Anyone have any pictures or inside details on what's available?
