Salute Your Socks: Wong Wong World Cup Styles for Happy Socks

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The 2010 World Cup takes place from June 11 to July 11 this summer—and it's time to choose your battle, uh, foot-gear. Swedish sock company Happy Socks has collaborated with New York-based designer Stephen Wong, head of Wong Wong and former art director of Helmut Lang Studios, to create a limited-edition capsule collection of nationalist socks.

Clockwise from top left: there's Argentina, Brazil, England, South Africa, France, Germany, Holland, and Italy. The socks retail for $14 a pair.
