Fast fashion retailer Topshop launches makeup in-stores and online today. Prices on the Core Collection (right) run about $8 for a pencil, $12 for an eyeshadow, $8 to $16 for lip color, and $20 for foundation. Has anyone used the stuff? Let us know what you think. Remember when H&M had a cosmetics line? We're curious to see how this mass market retailer does it differently. [Racked Inbox]
