7 For All Mankind New Ads Shot by Mert & Marcus, September

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

When's the last time you saw a 7 For All Mankind ad in a magazine? Uh, try two years ago.

"We've had limited budgets over the past year and have been opening stores so quickly that our marketing dollars were focused on that," VP of marketing Leilani Augustine told WWD. "This new campaign is a return to magazines for us, which we think will really help drive traffic to our stores."

This September, the label will launch its first multi-million dollar campaign in two years. Shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the ads feature models Masha and Julian Schratter and will be placed in magazines including Vogue, W, Vanity Fair, InStyle, and GQ.
