Marie Holman-Rao, the chief design officer of New York & Co., has left the company. Same goes for Anne-Charlotte Windal, the SVP and general manager of design, reports WWD. The $1 billion fashion chain has suffered a second-quarter loss of over $4.8 million and recently appointed Greg Scott, former CEO of Bebe, president of the company. Sources say that the design team departures are related to Scott's arrival. [WWD]
