Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Any fans of the White Stripes or The Raconteurs—or Jack White or Karen Elson—would feel right at home at Third Man Records, White's record label headquarters in Nashville. We popped by for a quick tour, and while we weren't allowed to take photos behind-the scenes, we wanted to show you the cool memorabilia store—filled with all the vinyl, posters, and limited-edition album art (not to mention tons of White Stripes co-branded souvenirs).
Third Man Records is working on a lot of cool collaborations right now and they're about to launch some really cool branded merchandise like a portable record player (similar to the one in the photo gallery above), which will retail for $150.
