Ultimate tabloid content-provider-on-deathwatch Lindsay Lohan is being sued by Tough As Nails, an LA boutique that claims they let LiLo shop there without paying—she told them her business manager would settle the bill—between November 2009 and February 2010. (Okay, let's just say right now that anyone who takes Lindsay Lohan's word on anything kind of deserves what they get. That is all.) According to the complaint, Lohan "bought" $17,060.83 worth of clothing and accessories, but her business manager only paid the shop $180. The suit alleges that Lohan "had no intention of causing her business manager to pay the entire balance." [TMZ]
