Celebrities, they're sort of just like us—or maybe they just can't resist a good deal. Beyonce was recently spotted shopping the sale racks at the Topshop flagship in London at Oxford Circus. She even stopped to talk to a couple of young fans while perusing the racks of jewelry and accessories.
