While you were brunching: Supermodel drama unfolded this weekend as Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell were booked to shoot the cover of September's i-D magazine—and weren't informed til the last minute that they'd be sharing the space with Lady Gaga.
"Naomi and Kate refused to play second fiddle to Gaga," said a source, "and insisted on having their own retouching done, so they were shot separately. The issue now has a special pullout so there are technically three covers from three separate shoots."
We found this note from Oh-Honey-No on the Jezebel comment thread particularly funny:
I hate to be "Team Super Model" and all but I think I'd be annoyed too. Why does Gaga have to be EVERYWHERE. She's at the Yankees game, the Mets game, SNL, Rolling Stone, Lollapalooza, Blah Blah Blah.Honestly? No, we wouldn't be surprised either.
I wouldn't be surprised if she showed up at my damn office dressed all crazy, sitting at my computer using software from the 80's.
And the kids from the office would get all excited because they don't remember the 80's and they'll think it's all new.
