Snoop Dogg Clothing Dunzo

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Hey, guess what? Snoop Dogg has his own clothing line. It's called "The Rich and The Infamous." Interested? Well, too late. Snoop just announced he's closing down the two-year old brand. "The line received some initial success when it was debuted in 2008, but took a hard hit from the economy's decline in 2009. At first attempts were made to salvage the business, with Snoop making attempts to "do what we're doing and try to keep the prices a little lower". That seems to have been abandoned, now - bye, bye, Snoop's fashion career." [ShinyStyle]
