There's been a lot of hype and buzz about this Net-a-Porter magazine-slash-shopping app for the iPad, so we were excited to see it revealed, live, yesterday at Natalie Massenet's talk with the Business of Fashion.
Today, the new iPad app is available for download free in the iTunes store. It allows users to flip through the Net-a-Porter magazine (they have a magazine?) and click on things to buy, like a digital catalog.
"We are extremely excited to be launching our iPad app," said Alison Loehnis, the company's VP of sales and marketing, in a statement. "With it we are giving our customers the amazing opportunity to shop through the Net-a-Porter magazine in a new and innovative way with the ability to interact with the product while on the go."
Anyone have an iPad? Let us know what you think of the app. Is it as innovative and revolutionary as they're hyping it to be?
