Target is rolling out a national store overhaul, beginning with five Colorado stores. The company has revamped four of its Denver-area stores and one in the Greeley area to sell more fresh food and produce—Target says its goal is to sell "90 percent of the [product] categories found in a [stand-alone] grocery store," as well as to create "interactive displays and wider aisles to make guests shopping experience easier and more enjoyable." 310 additional stores nationwide are on the list for makeovers this year.
