Gilt Can't Fulfill Target Orders: Issues $25 Store Credits Instead

According to our sister site Racked NY, flash sale site Gilt Groupe oversold its supply of John Derian, Mulberry, and Tucker for Target collaboration pieces and is unable to fulfill orders. The company emailed customers, saying:

We're so sorry but due to an inventory error we were unable to fulfill your order for a John Derian for Target MILK CRATE, a John Derian for Target MILK CRATE, John Derian for Target SALAD PLATES (set of 4), and John Derian for Target Square Flatware Tray. Please note we have not charged your credit card for this item.

We apologize for this inconvenience and aim to serve you better next time you shop. We will credit your account with an additional $25.00 to use towards your next purchase on our site.
