Over on LA's Robertson shopping strip, celeb-mecca Kitson is getting its expensive-sweatpant-clad-tush sued by Nicole Richie. Refinery29 reports: "Kitson allegedly bought $239,437 worth of merch from Majestic Mills—the company that owns Nicole Richie's clothing line—but they still haven't paid for any of it." Turns out Kitson stocks Richie's line Winter Kate, but may not have paid for it. Now, Majestic and Richie are suing the retailer. [Refinery29]
