Now that Marc Jacobs has opened his own bookstore in New York's West Village, it's no surprise that his next new venture will be to make his own books. To, you know, put in the bookstore.

WWD reports that a new tome called The Men + Women of Marc Jacobs will be feted at Bookmarc this Monday. The book is a "photo essay of more than 150 employees, photographed by Bruan Bowen Smith."

"What these pictures give us," says the forward, "is the family album of what may be—what probably is—simply the coolest and hottest rainbow family on the planet."
