Forever 21, that mecca of cheap-chic fast-fashion, will be holding a sample sale this Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Los Angeles. Our sister site Racked LA reports that the markdowns will be steep—up to 90% off retail. So that means a $6.80 top from F21 could be priced as low as 68 cents. Talk about a bargain!
